Card #4 is a standard card with a twist! Score at 4 1/4" as usual, then trim 1" off the front of the card. Your pretty 1" strip of patterned paper will show through and interest to the card. For the ribbon, place a piece of Stampin' Seal, Stampin' Seal + or Tear and Tape down where you want the ribbon to appear. Gather your ribbon and place it on the adhesive. If you need to reposition it, just pull it up and place again. A fun way to use just a little ribbon and add a fringe to your card!
