Pretty Birthday card in shades of blue

A beautiful gift of swapping cards is meeting new stampers and friends! Diana Langman and I connect at  various business events virtually so I was thrilled to receive her card in the recent annual catalogue to enjoy her creative side. Just a few colours but the layers really pack a WOW with minimal supplies: one embossing folder, a greeting, floral stamp and ribbon. Thanks, Diana for this beautiful card!
