This layout is one I do often when a large image patterned paper. By cutting the 3" paper into 1" strips, and gluing back together in the same order on a piece of coordinating cardstock, you get a really neat effect. The pattern at the bottom below the ribbon is the back of the floral so you get to see both sides of the same paper on one card.
