This is such a beautiful card received from my friend Lee in our team swap for August. Stunning! The colours are Basic White and Old Olive with heat embossing on vellum. It's called the Double stamped vellum technique with double layered frames. It's doubly amazing! And, the greeting is heat embossed through the flag die cut in the dry embossed layer. Wow! Here's a link to the Split Coast Stampers Video Tutorial so you can make one, too!
