This pattern reminds me of the Dr Seuss book "Go Dog Go!". I remember reading that one to my kids wayyy back when. This artwork is so reminiscent of that one. This close to Christmas there are many still rushing about picking up gifts, packages, and even trees! It's a hustle and bustle time of year finding just that right gift.
