Gorgeous "spotlight technique" using the new Layers of Beauty stamp set. This is where you stamp a line art image in a black and then add a stamped/coloured in image over top to show it off. Thanks to Kim Stathakos for this lovely card featuring Petunia Pop and Granny Apple Green with black. Beautiful!
