Sweet holy cow! This guy is just so darling for any occasion. Leanne Livingstone - another of my Silver Sisters - from SK sent me today's entry in our swap. You're really seeing those strips of Lighter than Air patterned paper lifting off the card front. This is a floating layers technique where they are on a piece of window sheet for effect.
