Have you got nesting dies? Any of these: Layering Circles, Stitched Rectangles, Stylish Shapes, Beautiful Shapes? Then you can make this card!
To make the frame, die cut one shape out. Then from that piece, die cut another smaller one of the same shape (rectangles, circles, hexagons...whatever you've got so long as they next). Play with using the next size down or skipping a size to made a different width frame.

In addition, I showed how to step out of the usual box and use coloured cardstock with a strip of your left over patterned paper for the INSIDE of your card! How many times do we reach for Basic White and slide that inside. Give a coloured cardstock piece a chance to shine! Here's the inside to my card above made with the Stitched Rectangles:
